Chances are it is working fine but it is misspelled. Double check lower and upper case spelling and spaces inbetween words of your coupon code. If you are 100% sure you have spelled everything correctly but it is still not working make sure you force your browser to refresh the page properly before trying it again one more time. Sometimes ;) For this question you will have to get in touch with us. There is no general answer. If it is an item that is in the sale section or that has been around for a while chances are it is out of stock and will not come back. We only do small runs of our designs and once they are sold out they are usually gone forever. However if it is a size you are after that is a fairly new design you could be lucky we still have some fabric left to make more. Just get in touch!

Yes you can! You may return items that are faulty or if you have received the wrong item - in these two cases we will offer you a full refund. Should you want to exchange your item for a different size please contact us and we will issue a store credit for your order. Shipping cost will not be included in this. You will have to return the item unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and free of marks within 7 days of recieving your order. All returns will be assessed and if they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a voucher for the online store that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless the item is deemed as faulty or you were sent the incorrect item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Kids' clothing does deal with a lot of wear and tear and we will not refund, exchange or credit for normal wear and tear and any subsequent damage that might occur during play, washing or accidents.
