Refunds and Exchanges

You may return items that are faulty or if you have received the wrong item - in these two cases we will offer you a full refund.

 

Should you want to exchange your item for a different size please contact us and we will issue a store credit for your order. Shipping cost will not be included in this.

You will have to return the item unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and free of marks within 7 days of recieving your order.

 

All returns will be assessed and if they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a voucher for the online store that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Return postage is at the customer’s own expense unless the item is deemed as faulty or you were sent the incorrect item.

 

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Kids' clothing does deal with a lot of wear and tear and we will not refund, exchange or credit for normal wear and tear and any subsequent damage that might occur during play, washing or accidents.

 

Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. Orders over $80 AUD are shipped for FREE. All parcels are sent through tracked post. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. You will receive an email with your parcel tracking number once item has been sent.

If you wish to pick up your order please enter "pickup"  in the coupon box when checking out. It will discount cost of shipping. Please contact us to arrange pick up after purchasing. Pick Up is available in Leopold, 3224 in 3 Pindari Court.

Worldwide shipping is available for a flat rate at $25 AUD. Please make sure you know about any additional charges applied by your countries' tax or customs departments. They are your responsibility.

 

Payment

PayPal and Square are used to process all our online sales. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal, we accept Credit and Debit card purchases, just select the second option on the payment page to pay using credit or debit card.

Privacy

At Anak-Anak we are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

 

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices for ordered goods are fixed once your order has been placed.

 

Sizing

Our age ranges in our sizing are a guide only and have been tested on children within that age range. However we can not guarantee that our products will fit any child in that age range.

For adult clothing we offer one size only: "s/m" however due to the very roomy cut and the stretchy waistbands this style will fit a variety of shapes and sizes. If in doubt please contact us before purchasing.
